World Trade Center

I say this with concern. Do you think it is safe to build another world trade center.. I have just seen some amazing pictures of the views etc and quickly scanned that it is on track to be completed in 2013.. Now I know alot of you are going to comment back saying but the culprit has been captured/killed w.e but still.. is it safe? What do you think?
